Who is Al Ghanem?
Al Ghanem is a B2B wholesale importer and distributor of flavour concentrates in Egypt. We sell to manufacturers and wholesale buyers from 11 brands, through this website. Prices are on every product page, and our team confirms every order.
Which flavour brands do you sell?
We currently list 11 brands: TFA, YaheBio, Flavour Art, My Flavor, Capella, Inawera, Taima, Niimoo Flavor, Flavor West, Additives (Powder) and Cooling Agent. Each brand has its own page with all its products, sizes and prices.
Which sizes are available?
Flavours come in ¼ L, ½ L, 1 L, gallon (3.79 L), gallon (5 L) and 1KG, depending on the product. Every product page lists its sizes with the price of each, and the price per litre so you can compare.
Who can buy from Al Ghanem?
We sell to businesses (B2B). Anyone can browse the catalogue and see the prices, but you need a business account to place an order. You can open one on the Register page, or create a quick account at checkout.
How do I open a business account?
Choose Register, or create a quick account at checkout, and enter your business name, contact person, e-mail, phone and delivery address. Your account shows your orders, invoices and account statement.
How does ordering work?
Add the flavours and sizes you need to your cart, choose the sales agent who will follow up with you at checkout, and send the order. Our team reviews and confirms every order before it is prepared and delivered.
What are your prices and in which currency?
Prices are shown to everyone, per size, on every product page. They are in US dollars (USD), the catalogue currency; you can switch the display to Egyptian pounds (EGP), converted at the day’s exchange rate. Business accounts can have their own account pricing. Prices may change until your order is confirmed.
How can I pay?
You can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. For a bank transfer, the account details are sent to you after your order is confirmed.
How does delivery work?
Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location. Risk passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order.
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of flavoring products, returns are accepted only for incorrect or damaged items reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Can I order many products quickly?
Yes. The Quick order page lets you add many products at once by name or SKU, choose the size and quantity of each, and send them to your cart.
How do I track my order?
Use Track order with your order number and e-mail address, or open your account to see all your orders and their status.
